After the last big storm, a few spots on my flat roof started leaking. Had a local crew out to patch the rubber membrane and reseal the edges. They pointed out where water was pooling near the AC unit, so we re-graded that section. Now it's holding up great, and I don't have to worry every time it rains in Austin.
