English: This is an engraving of the Infirmary of the Stockwell Orphanage. At this time it was freestanding. Later it was connected on both sides to other orphanage buildings on a quadrangle. The original engraving is from Charles Spurgeon's "The Metropolitan Tabernacle: its History and Works
