Different language families are in different colors: Indo-Aryan languages are green, Iranic languages are dark-green, Dravidian languages are purple, Sino-Tibetan languages are red, and Turkic languages are orange.
Specific state sources:
Disputed regions (such as Kashmir) are shown on the basis of how they are administered by India, Pakistan, and/or China.
