English: Seuso and his wife. Taken on the 19 of July, 2017. Houses of Parliament, Budapest, Hungary, Central Europe. Seuso Treasure, Vadásztál (detail). Seuso and his wife at Lake Balaton. Seuso had probably got most of the silver treasure from the Roman caesar, being a close relative or friend – as highest roman imperial symbols were used on the plate. Szabadbattyán with its 15,000 m2 roman palace had to be the imperial seat of Pannonia. Seuso – governor or highest ranking german official of Pannonia Inferior (Roman Empire) – had a roman estate stretching to Lake Balaton. It was a 25 km journey. Coming all the way down to Partfő at Lake Balaton, spread of Seuso and his wife. After Trajan's border modification (106) the border of Pannonia Inferior lay at Lake Balaton, at Partfő (Balatonkenese).
