Text:

"Sinodus Niceni u[bi?] [f?]ui[t?] numerus / s[an]c[t]o[rum] patr[um] . CCCXVIII . et omnes / subscrip/seru/n/t."
"Constantinus imp(erator)".
"Heretici / Arriani / damnati"

Translation:

"[of?] the synod of Nicaea [where the] number / of holy fathers [was] 318 [.] and all / subscribed."
"Constantine the emperor."

"Arian heretics condemned."
