It has a seating capacity of 2,500 with the availability of Internet access to books and journals. It is a depository for the publications of the [[United Nations]] and its agencies including [[UNESCO]], [[International Labour Organization|ILO]] and [[United Nations Economic Commission for Africa|ECA]].
