Do not fill this in! ====Mid-20th century==== Mid-20th century movies set in the Bronx portrayed densely settled, working-class, urban culture. From This Day Forward (1946), set in Highbridge, occasionally delved into Bronx life. The most notable examinations of working class Bronx life were Paddy Chayefsky's Academy Award-winning Marty Summary: Please note that all contributions to Christianpedia may be edited, altered, or removed by other contributors.
