Feminist jurisprudence is a branch of [[jurisprudence]] that examines the relationship between women and law. Feminist jurisprudence signifies a reaction to the [[Philosophy of law|philosophical approach]] of modern [[Law#Legal theory|legal scholars]], who typically see the law as a process for interpreting and perpetuating a society's universal, gender-neutral ideals.
