On July 2, 2011, an [[McDonnell Douglas F-15 Eagle|F-15]] intercepted a civilian aircraft approximately {{convert|10|km|mi|order=flip|sigfig=1}} from Camp David, when [[Barack Obama|President Obama]] was in the residence.
