====Boarding school massacre====

On 25 February, Boko Haram killed at least 59 males at the Federal Government College in Buni Yadi, Yobe. Some boys were burned alive in their dormitories while those who managed to escape the fire were shot or knifed to death. Some female students were abducted while others were threatened with death if they did not quit school and get married.
