Do not fill this in! ===Apollo series space explorers, 1969β1971=== Between 24 July 1969 and 9 February 1971, the astronauts of [[Apollo 11]], [[Apollo 12]], and [[Apollo 14]], were quarantined (in each case for a total of 21 days) after returning to Earth, initially where they were recovered, and then were transferred to the [[Lunar Receiving Laboratory]], to prevent possible [[interplanetary contamination]] by microorganisms from the [[Moon]].
