On August 28, 2009, the Los Angeles County coroner classified Jackson's death as a [[homicide]], determining that Jackson died from acute propofol intoxication, exacerbated by the [[anxiolytic]] [[lorazepam]], and less significantly [[midazolam]], [[diazepam]], [[lidocaine]], and [[ephedrine]]. The coroner kept the complete toxicology report private, as requested by the police and district attorney.<ref name="Reuters20090828" />
