===Casing of expansions===
Authors of [[expository writing]] will sometimes capitalize or otherwise distinctively format the initials of the expansion for [[pedagogical]] emphasis (for example, writing: "the onset of Congestive Heart Failure (CHF)" or "the onset of '''c'''ongestive '''h'''eart '''f'''ailure (CHF)").
