[[Fusion TV|Fusion]] was a [[digital cable]] and [[satellite television|satellite]] network owned and operated by [[Fusion Media Group]], LLC, which was a joint venture between ABC News and [[Univision Communications]]. ABC and Univision formally announced their launch on May 2, 2012.
