Do not fill this in! === Colleges and universities === Midland is the home of [[Midland College]] (MC), which offers over 50 programs of study for associate degrees and certificates to more than 6,000 students who enroll each semester. MC offers programs in health sciences, information technology, and aviation, including a professional pilot training program. MC is one of only three community colleges in Texas approved to offer a bachelor's degree in applied technology. Steve Thomas is MC's president. Midland is home to the [[Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center Permian Basin Campus]]'s physician assistant program, on the MC campus.
