The headquarters for the [[Bolivarian Intelligence Service]] (SEBIN) in [[Plaza Venezuela]], [[Caracas]], have an underground detention facility that has been dubbed ''[[La Tumba (Caracas)|La Tumba]]'' (The Tomb). The facility is located at the place that the underground parking for the Metro Caracas was to be located.
